Procurement

Our Procurement Department is the office responsible for the acquisition of supplies, services, and construction in support of the Authority’s business. The Procurement Department:

is the entity within both Authorities authorized to issue invitations to bid, requests for proposal, requests for quotation and issue contracts
issues purchase orders, develops term contracts, and acquires supplies and services
disposes of all surplus property and equipment.

Our department has 3 years of experience in procuring goods and services on several projects that require international standards both professionally and ethically such as Bayan Airag mining project, Shangri-La Hotel construction project and Oyu Tolgoi mining project which we were named the best supplier of October 2013.
