Quality Management

In 2016, NBIK became the second construction company in Mongolia which was ISO 9001:2008 and MNS ISO 9001:2010 certified. ISO 9001:2008 and MNS ISO 9001:2010 are designed to ensure that needs of customers and stakeholders are met while meeting statutory requirements and deal with the fundamentals of quality management systems including the eight management principles.

We plan our every process with the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. This insures that any nonconformities, risks and potential opportunities are addressed. Understanding the key components of the ISO 9001 standard is crucial for successful implementation. We promote and provide general knowledge about the ISO 9001 Quality management standard  within all departments of the organization.
